In February the City of Mesa informed us about plans to rehab many of the walkway colonnades in the downtown area.  I've mentioned this at some of our HYH, that the plans were repeatedly delayed and evolving.MONDAY MORNING, Aug 11, 2025
The City began construction on the segment that involves HeatSync, (sorry, no notice)
  • Includes the span around 104 and 108 W Main St.
  • They installed construction barriers at our front entrance
  • The construction should last 2-1/2 months (from August 10 to mid-October).
  • The construction fences will be in place the entire time.
  • They will construct a plywood tunnel for entrance to businesses (HeatSync)
  • Generally, construction work will be from about 5am and end around 1pm.
  • HeatSync will have our normal hours and events.
  • Hosts and event organizers:  the Main St entrance is OPEN.
  • Advise attendees that the Alley Entrance is available as well.
  • Construction crew was advised of our schedule (evening hours, few conflicts)
  • Wednesday mid-day:  Crew will work other areas to minimize disruption (no guarantees).
