HSL Re-Founding Meet-up

Who would be interested in meeting to as a group, productively sit down together and go through our bylaws, wiki, policies, discuss history of the space, and draft some new documents to potentially propose.

This would be an oppourtunity to honestly talk about what works and what doesnt work. 

I request you don't debate anything here. Just guaging interest in who would want to sit down in good faith and come up with something that gets us back to a well functioning do-ocracy. This NEEDS to be IN PERSON. 

Might not necessarily result in a proposal and might just end up being a thought experiment to generate ideas. I think it would be good to have a sort of retrospective and discuss the future of the lab. 

I want to approach it like we're redesigning our "governance"
