I used something like this in the NASA/JPL Open Source Rover to cut off all power.
A better solution would be to just off just power to the motor/servo controllers
or to ground the e-stop pin of the RoboClaw motor controllers.
During early testing best to have a "Range Safety Officer" as
with NASA launches whose only job is to abort the mission in case
of dangerous malfunction.
