openfl/ haxelib/ flixel is not recognized

hey guys,
I can't run flixel from my command prompt, everytime I type it in it tells me:

"flixel is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file"

same with haxelib and openfl.
I created a folder which i put everything in (haxe, neko, openfl, flixel...) but when i run the command prompt from that folder that message appear

someone know how to fix this?

Hi,

Did you follow the instructions on the setup page:
http://haxeflixel.com/documentation/install-haxeflixel/ ?

Specifically:

- haxelib install flixel-tools
- haxelib run flixel-tools setup

The latter should prompt you to add the "flixel" command.
