Pull the data based on encounters

Hi everyone,

Could you please advise on how to retrieve inpatient patient data (orders, problems, etc.) based on encounters?
Additionally, how can we relate and extract the data based on encounters?

I’d really appreciate your insights. Thank you!

VistA does not associate inpatient data with Encounters. RPMS does; but VistA doesn't.
