Astronaut has achieved ONC (g)(10) 'Standardized API' certification.

Astronaut, LLC a fully deployed and serving customers in the private sector enhanced VA VistA variant Electornic Health Record (EHR) has achieved ONC (g)(10) certification. It fully implements Health Level 7 (HL7®) Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR®) services to meet the requirements of the Standardized API for Patient and Population Services criterion § 170.315(g)(10) in the 2015 Edition Cures Update rule.

Astronaut has also updated its CCDA capability to comply with Cures version 1.0 standard. This is all done using its enhanced VA VistA variant: Astronaut EHR. 

The Astronaut team demonstrates that its VA VistA variant has plenty of life left in it as show by this certification with the latest government interoperability standards. Astronaut achieved this on an enhanced platform that is fully backward compatible with VA VistA.
