HAPI FHIR Server returning 502 Bad Gateway

A lot more details are needed before you’ll get a proper answer.
Where are you running the server? Which version of the server are you running?
You will get this for a lot of different reasons unrelated to HAPI and more related to an improperly configured reverse proxy or load balancer.
