When is the SQL-to-FHIR data ingestion tool going to be finished porting back to HAPI FHIR available in Github? We have been waiting for this for some time so plz give ETA :)

yes him and another colleague (forgot name) did a demo on 1st generation Sql-to-FHIR earlier this year, 2nd gen. will be ported back to HAPI FHIR with universal SQL Db support

Hi Tejpaul,

I spoke with Adam about this last week and he's not sure what it refers to. At this time there are no plans to integrate any new SQL to FHIR tooling into HAPI FHIR.

thank you for clarifying for me james so this means that Sql-toFHIR will always be part of SMILE CDR core product but not part of HAPI FHIR? In other words Sql-to-FHIR requires SMILE licensing?

Smile CDR does not have a product by this name. Unfortunately I think this whole thing must be a misunderstanding of some sort.
