What version is recommend use r4 r4b or r5?

Hi all.

We started some months ago to build an application with Hapi fhir r4 version, now one of our clients are asking us why we don't use R5 version.

I'm looking for un hapi fhir web what is the best version supported by fhir, but I can't see this information.

coudl you please say me what is the recommend version?

Hi,
R5 is a released version and for new developments/projects it might be a good idea to be based on R5
But for already existing implementations it can be a considerable effort to upgrade to R5 since some resource structures have major changes from R4 to R5.

Also the support for R4 has to be kept if we upgrade to R5 since clients might need sometime to be adapted with R5

You will not face these challenges until R6 if you start your project based on R5 :)
