Override default paging in hapi-fhir-jpaserver-example

I use the following example server as an FHIR server https://github.com/jamesagnew/hapi-fhir/tree/master/hapi-fhir-jpaserver-example  - is it possible to change default paging  behavior there (I mean to set max return value to 100 for example)? 

I reviewed this page http://hapifhir.io/doc_rest_server.html#Paging_Responses 

Do I need to provide my PagingServer in FhirServerConfig.java?
