Hi Roy,

All talks will also be virtual, and posters will be posted to hamsci.org. There will be no cost for virtual attendance. More information on that will be posted on hamsci.org/hamsci2026 as we get closer to the event.

If one is flying to Hartford, what makes sense for arrival and departure
times? Will there be anything going on Friday evening (the 13th,
shudder) and will Sunday run all day, or end in time to get flights out?

Thanks,
John

John - I am not aware of any plans for Friday night.   The Workshop will start ~7:15AM both Saturday and Sunday.  It will conclude ~5:00PM both days.  The banquet will be later on Saturday evening, and there is an optional dinner Sunday night.

Hartford is the major metropolitan area adjacent to the Workshop location, CCSU.  Hartford's Bradley International Airport is the closest major airport (~25 miles) to Central Connecticut State University.  More details are on hamsci.org/hamsci2026, near the bottom of the page.
