IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'reports/cafeerror_files/cafe_pre_log.txt'

Hello Dr. Fulton,

I run into an IO error when I use caferror.py to estimate error with single-lambda model. I have attached the script that generates my results file and following is the command that generates IO error.

python caferror.py -i cafe.script.sh -d reports/cafeerror_files -v 0 -f 1

Can you please help me understand the reason for this error? so that I can solve it.

Hi Yugendra,

Sorry about this problem.

The error message suggests the folder you're trying to put stuff in does not exist. So make sure you create the folder "reports" with

$ mkdir reports

and then run the command. Please let me know if this solves your problem.

Thank you Dr. Fabio. Reports directory is present. Its the file named `cafe_pre_log.txt' thats causing the error. I have attached screenshot for your reference.
