gnutls_handshake fail when clone source code

Hi guys,

Anything change on the source code's server? I find can't clone source code by below command.

git clone --recurse-submodules https://hafnium.googlesource.com/hafnium

Cloning into 'hafnium'...

fatal: unable to access 'https://hafnium.googlesource.com/hafnium/': gnutls_handshake() failed: An unexpected TLS packet was received.

There hasn't been any change that I'm aware of. The checkout works for me now; it might have been a temporary hiccough?
