Struggling on linking external libraries

Hi all,

I'm trying to link an external static library (say `libfoo.a`) to Hafnium.  I tried to tweak `BUILD.gn` and `*.gni` files on my own, but I failed to get it done..

May I ask if anyone succeeded in linking an external static library to Hafnium?

The build system is gn and there is a relevant question on their mailing list. This isn't something we've done before and isn't, in general, something we'd want to do compared to building from source. Hopefully that thread can help with what you're trying to do.

I finally succeeded in linking an external static library and hafnium: https://github.com/jeehoonkang/hafnium/commit/644b97802e5f23b08df09998635a44c0a5f5c15c

(Context: I'm trying to gradually port Hafnium to Rust, for which it is necessary to link Rust-built static library with Hafnium.)
