Adding New Data Types in H2 Open Source Code

Hello everyone,

I have my own copy of the H2 open source code of the H2 database and I'd like to experiment with new data types. What's the best way to add new data types in the code? Any advice would greatly appreciated. Thank you!

The relevant classes are called things like Value* - ValueString, ValueDecimal, etc.

So you'd need to make a new subclass of Value and work from there.
