CSVREAD wrongly names columns

to H2 Database

if you create a table from the following csv using CSVREAD:

a,a,a,a
,,,

The table column names will be

A A1 A11 A111

instead of

A0 A1 A2 A3

I think, there is a bug in makeColumnNamesUnique() function of Csv.java
