Aw rats! I would have loved to join you. But an injury kept me inside. Pieter (Mondo Sports) tells me if I'm lucky I can back out running soon. In the meantime, merry Christmas! Ward

I’m usually on Emerson duty Wednesday mornings (Right now I get THs to train for St George 🏃🏻‍♀️ ). 

Kati, Karen and crew are starting to run from Barton Springs on Wednesdays. I let them know about this group but I think they may be solid on the 5:30 start.
