INC-18 Approval – Physical Copy Not Received | Any Contact at RD Mumbai?

We had filed INC-18, which has been approved by the Regional Director. However, the physical approval letter has not been received at the registered address.

While filing INC-20, the system is asking for the physical copy of the INC-18 approval letter.

Does anyone have contacts at the RD office in Mumbai, or know of an alternative way to obtain the physical copy urgently so that the INC-20 filing can proceed without delay?

Haveyou got this issue resolved as the same happens in my company. Order from RD Mumbai is not received. There were two applications .,We have received  one order at the same registered office address but didn't receive the other

Also if any one in the group have the solution to this issue Please reply.
