GSTN not yet received

Hi all,

The Company incorporated on 10th March. till now GST application in Spice + is not approved. When checking status in GST portal , no records found. What to do?

Dear Sir,

I will suggest that you should apply for the GST registration separately rather than waiting for the same. GSTIN, if approved through the MCA later, can be surrendered or cancelled.

yes aadhar authentication is selected in spice + for GST Regn.

Yes sir. There is no restriction as such
