Hi all,

I need to change the name of the company, which has already been approved by the ROC (new name). Now, my query is: I also need to change the main objects. I want to know whether this can be done in one EGM or if it requires a separate one. Also, can I file a single MGT-14 for both purposes, or do I need to file one for each specific purpose? 

Please guide.

You can do in same EOGM, however you have to file two separate MGT 14
