Conversion of a Partnership Firm into Pvt Ltd Company

Dear Professionals, 

Request your guidance on the below query

 

While conversion of registered partnership firm into a prvt ltd company, do we also need to serve copy of the news ad (URC-2) to the Registrar of Firms with which the firm is registsred? If yes, is there any specific format of covering letter or something that we need to send to ROF along with News d copies or it can be a general cover letter too?

Yes, but not specific format is there, a letter providing complete details will suffice.

Yes, you are required to send a copy of URC-2 with the Registrar of Firm where the firm was registered.Its object is to give an opportunity to all stakeholders including Registrar of Firms,to raise objections,if any.However, there's no specific format to intimate Registrar of Firms.
