It may be updated further with two points by virtue of MCA notifications as under:

Additional Disclosures in the  Director’s Report 2022(vide Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rules, 2021, w.e.f 1-4-2021)

 

(i) ‘Disclosure’ about the application as made or any proceeding is pending under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 during the year along with their status as at the end of the financial year.

 

(ii) ‘Disclosure’ about the difference between the amounts of the valuation executed at the time of one time settlement and the valuation done while taking loan from the Banks or Financial Institutions along with the reasons thereof.

As under: 

1. Disclosure about the application as made or any proceeding is pending under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), 2016 during the year along with their status as at the end of the financial year. -Not applicable
