INCORPORATION OF LLP

Hello All,

A new LLP is to be incoporated with prospective partners in 8-10 cities. Whether each partner has to physically sign the LLP agreement or they can sign digitally. LLP agreement has to be notarized. How to plan incorporation of this LLP with many partners in 8-10 different cities. Also, each time when a new partner comes or old partner retires, LLP agreement has to be entered afresh.

• In fact, it is highly recommended to use Digital Signature Certificates (DSC) for all partners. The entire incorporation process (Form FiLLiP, Form 3) is done online on the MCA portal.
