Disable subtitles by default

Is it possible to disable subtitles by default for all files?

In most cases I don't need subtitles at all, but Vimu forces me to manually disable subtitles every time a file is opened.

I want to have it disabled by default, so I will be able to enable subtitles manually only in rare cases when I need it.
