new GSICS website is live

Dear GSICS developers,

We are pleased to announce the new GSICS website : https://gsicsweb.eumetsat.int/

This website will serve the GSICS developers and provide information on the past and upcoming meetings/workshops. It will capture the sub-groups collaborative activities, and provide the GSICS deliverables etc. This is the replacement of the old GSICS wiki which was decommissioned by NOAA/UMD.

The website is still under construction. We are recovering the past meetings (we have imported the past 18 months so far) and we are working with the sub-group chairs to populate the relevant information and documentation.

If you have comments or requests on the website, please let your sub-group chair and me know.
