Announcement of GSICS Annual Meeting 2025

Dear all,

 

We are pleased to announce that the GSICS Annual and Executive Panel Meeting 2025 will be hosted by CMA in Changchun, Jilin Province, China, from 17 to 21 March 2025.  

 

Please register on https://forms.office.com/e/ZT9hks6WaD

 

In anticipation, and if you will attend in person, we strongly recommend you submit the necessary information to CMA for the visa application as follows:

 

1. Scanned copy of the passport information page. Please ensure that the scan is clear, and all details are legible.

2. Specify the city where you will apply for the visa at the Chinese embassy.

3. Indicate the cities of departure and return.

4. Indicate if you also participate CGMS meeting in China 23-28 March 2025.

Please submit this information to International Cooperation Office, CMA National Satellite Meteorological Center: fysa...@126.com, and copy Mr. Wu Duo (wu...@ciomp.ac.cn) by 5 January 2025 at the very latest. Note that the Chinese New Year begins in January, hence, it is essential to submit the information to CMA by that date.

 

Further details on the meeting venue, schedule and logistics information will be announced in January 2025.
