I found the gene set in https://www.gsea-msigdb.org/gsea/msigdb/cards/GNF2_FOS interesting, but the description of the gene set is not helpful. There is no publications associated with the gene set. What is GNF2? Where can I find the original publication?

Thanks!

Hello,

That gene set is part of the CGN subcollection which were all generated as part of the same study, the original publication for that study is linked in the subcollection description. For your convenience: https://www.pnas.org/doi/full/10.1073/pnas.0506580102

We really should link it in the set description as well to be more consistent, sorry about the confusion!
