gRPC interoperable C++ server framework without C++11 ?

Hi all,

Is there some C++ framework available without need for C++11 that is interoperable with gRPC clients ?

We've had a request from a customer who still hangs on to an ancient gcc without C++11... :(

Our Core API (which lies beneath C++) is C89 compatible, but that API is not user friendly and is meant to be wrapped by other languages.
