Grpc proxy with http2 ssl?

hi.. is there a simple cross platform grpc proxy i could use (wanting to simulate network outages while doing a server stream)

i thought about mitmproxy or caddy-server

Replying on Eric Anderson's behalf, envoy would be a common one. caddy-server should work fine. I don't know much about mitmproxy.
