How to set channel arguments in Java

I've read several docs that talk about "channel arguments". How does one set these for a Java gRPC server? I don't see any methods for this. Is there a doc on "channel arguments" anywhere?

for netty server, all the configurable is done via NettyServerBuilder. Network related option can be set via withOption method.
