gRPC Core 1.3.0 Released

gRPC Core 1.3.0 is out.

This extends to C++, Python, Node.js, C# and Objective C.

PHP and Ruby will follow shortly: PHP is ready but http://pecl.php.net/ seems to be having issues accepting submissions. We'll continue to try. Ruby will go directly from 1.2.x to 1.3.1, in the following days.

Refer to the release notes for details on what's new for each language.

The language-specific packages are available on the respective package managers as usual.
