Does .NET grpc supports arm64?

Our company would like to implement an Arm64 version of our existing WPF .NET7 desktop application using C#. I've found that arm64 application throws an error when it tries to use grpc client:
"Error loading native library. Not found in any of the possible locations: C:...\grpc_csharp_ext.arm64.dll"
I'm wondering does grpc support arm64?
