gRPC doesn't support Swift today, and I'm not aware of any work currently being done on Swift support, but it's not a bad idea and anyone could choose to implement Swift support any time they chose.
Are you aware that gRPC does support Objective-C with iOS development specifically in mind as a goal?

You can build a swift app using GRPC. You just compile using objective-c and then create a bridging header. There is a full sample app:
Significant: make sure you do not uncomment "use_frameworks!" in your podfile. So if you happen to have any libraries that are written in Swift that you are installing via Cocoapods, then you have to install them in an alternate way. However, most libraries are still in objective-c so you should be fine.
