Which cc_grpc_library should I use?

Hello,

I'm trying to generate C++ grpc classes from a .proto file using bazel.

I could find two version of cc_grpc_library: https://github.com/bazelbuild/bazel/blob/master/tools/build_rules/genproto.bzl#L20, and https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/bazel/cc_grpc_library.bzl#L5.

Which one should I use? 

https://github.com/grpc/grpc/blob/master/bazel/cc_grpc_library.bzl doesn't seem to work when a proto has dependencies to other normal protobuf files.
