Node gRPC deprecation plan announcement

With the 1.0 release of the @grpc/grpc-js library, we have decided to focus our future feature development work in Node.js on this library. As a result, we will not be adding any new features to the original grpc library. For the next year, we will continue to publish patch versions of that library with critical bug fixes and support for new versions of Node and Electron. After that, we plan to deprecate the library.
