Update of license

Users,

gRPC is currently licensed under BSD 3 license. We are thinking of updating gRPC license to Apache v2 to enable a more open ecosystem around use of gRPC. We would like to know if this will cause any issues in your organization to ship gRPC code/libraries.

If yes, let us know in response to this email or to jko...@google.com by end of next week: 12/16.
