Hi, i am facing problem in ts-protoc-gen

//error

 protoc --plugin=protoc-gen-js_service=./node_modules/.bin/protoc-gen-js_service --js_out=import_style=commonjs,binary:generated --js_service_out=generated books.proto

--js_service_out: protoc-gen-js_service: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

please send me the solutions to this problem! thank you
