build grpc++ for mingw64 is so hard.

I have build them by the attach files. Maybe some one need them.

base on grpc 0_14_1, build success within Ubuntu. and require to build the host plugins files at first.

And one more question, does the GRPC++ team plan to support it run on XP?

There are no plans to make it run on XP.
