GRPC scala support

Does Grpc officially support scala?Is it recomended to use https://scalapb.github.io/ for scala stubs?

We know there are people who use gRPC with scala.   There is a tutorial made for doing gRPC with Scala here: https://grandcloud.gitlab.io/grpc-scala-workshop/index.html
