Support for hedging

  Which release will have a support for hedging ?
  Below is the merged PR which , I believe, added hedging:

Hedging support (java) will be in the next release, v1.18.0, in about 6 weeks. The PR mentioned in your message is the one that added hedging support.

Note that retries and hedging depends on service config, and there's not an easy way to use it today without adding a service config for your service and enabling service config in the DNS resolver. Such things are still experimental.

Here is how I add a service config : 

In NameResolver.start(Listener listener)

call listener.onAddresses(servers, attributes);

where attributes got created by the following snippet:

   Attributes.Builder builder = Attributes.newBuilder();
   builder.set(GrpcAttributes.NAME_RESOLVER_SERVICE_CONFIG, serviceConfig);
attributes = builder.build();

Is this a correct way ?
