Docs for advanced gRPC server usage in Java

Are there any docs for advanced gRPC in Java? For example, I'd like to use the ClientStreamTracer but there's no doc on how to properly use it. Everything I've come across assumes a great deal of prior knowledge of the internals of gRPC/Java. The intro/newbie docs for gRPC are great but advanced usage is sorely lacking.

unfortunately, i don't expect to have an example or guide related to ClientStreamTracer. probably the javadoc/test is the best bet. 

if you find the javadoc it is too hard, please file an issue so we can improve the doc.
