Minimal TLS version

Hi All,

I'm using gRPC 1.59.3, may I ask  what is the default minimal TLS version used in this version? And is there any document recording it?

If you are using TlsCredentials, the default min is 1.2 and max is 1.3:

Unfortunately there is not documentation for this at the moment.
