GRPC using UDP

Hi,

Do we have an existing implementations of GRPC using UDP as the underlying transport protocol?

If so, please provide the pointers.

GRPC doesn't support UDP. Some discussion here.

Looks like everyone seems to need grpc over udp but no work has been done yet.
