No support for zookeeper_resolver any more

This is Min Yao from Luminate Wireless Inc. I found the latest version of grpc C++ has deleted the code of zookeeper_resolver. Is there any reasons? Thanks.

Hi Min,

The zookeeper resolver code was not properly tested and caused us problems occasionally, and thus it was removed.

If you are using that and have a tested implementation, we would be happy to take pull requests :)
