Using grpc_cpp_plugin to generate a C++ code compatible with c++03

I wonder if it's possible to generate a C++ code compatible w/C++ standards prior to 11, e.g. 03.

Hello,
The C++ code gen in 1.0.0 and the API used only a small subset of C++11 features; does that release version work for your needs? This was consciously deprecated for a more true C++11 version in 1.1-dev and beyond.
