Is there a way to cross-compile GRPC for Linux and Windows on OSX?

I am working with an electron app and distributing on all 3 platforms and would like a streamlined way of building GRPC for each platform. I looked through `node-gyp` and it doesn't look like it has a way to do it.

We already distribute the extension precompiled for electron on Mac, Linux, and Windows. If you want to download binaries for a different system, you should be able to do "npm install grpc --update-binary --target-platform=win32" for windows, and replace "win32" with "linux" for linux.
