can client send and receive parallelly under bidirectional stream mode?

hi all,
Can I use two complete queue in a client under bidirectional stream mode, one for sending, one for receive, so I can send all my request as soon as possible, not need send one then to wait response, then send next request....
or have any better solution to handle my problem
btw, is grpc c++
