Importerror on Raspberry Pi 3A Python 3.7

I've a running configuration resp. script on a Ubuntu 20.04 LTS System. Now I try to install the google-cloud-texttospeech Python package on a Raspberry Pi 3A because I want to use Google TTS system in Picroft. But I don't get the package running on that system. Everytime I start the package on a Python console with import google.cloud.texttospeech I got this errors:

Yep, running into the same issue on a raspberry pi 4.
