Exception thrown: 'Grpc.Core.RpcException' in mscorlib.dll

Hi,

I am currently using the grpc.core and auth in my syncing tool for dialogflow entities, may I have the details why am I having this exception message? Or what error this is? 

Message: Status(StatusCode=Internal, Detail="Internal error encountered.")
