Question about newly added interceptor support to grpc-web

In grpc-web 1.2.0  I don't see  ts definitions of all types referenced by interceptor  callback  method, like `Request`, `Reponse` ect.  Is it a bug or they were not included in index.d.ts by purpose ?

Note that TypeScript support for grpc-web is still experimental. We don't have a lot of resources dedicated to keeping features on-par in the mean time. So any contributions is welcome!
